Training Philosophy: I believe in training to individual needs. I coach the client from the starting point to where there is no end; there is only a constant process of learning. When you reach a goal, you go to the next one. I’m more of a coach than a trainer. As the client achieves a milestone, they go back to the starting point to reach a new level. I incorporate all facets of training into my programs.
Why do you train: I was once a client; I had a starting point and I saw how everything changed when I got in shape. Seeing my progress felt good, so I wanted to give that same feeling back to others.
How do you train: Everything I take people through is what I put myself through first; so I know what they will see and how they will feel.
