Training Philosophy: I value helping my clients set, meet and exceed their goals with the focus being on functional strength and core training. Pain is weakness leaving the body; love it, enjoy it and make it part of who you are.
Why do you train: My college football career was cut short by a shoulder injury, and it was during my rehabilitation period that I became interested in strength training and mobility.
How do you train: I do strength and endurance training, using both height, weight and high volume exercises, often done explosively.
