Training Philosophy: I take an innovative approach to health and fitness. It’s not just about working out – it’s a lifestyle change and adjustment. If you’re not tuned in with your body, you lose touch with life. I believe in lining up physical, mental, spiritual and financial aspects of life to achieve balance. I listen to what my clients’ needs are so I can bring those together. Work smarter, not harder.
Why do you train: Training has almost become a lost art. I’ve been physical my whole life; I played college and pro football. I want others to see what our bodies and minds are capable of achieving. Training is very rewarding for me. I help people see the potential they have and see how it can change their lives. When you’re physically fit, it helps everything else.
How do you train: I incorporate massage therapy into my workouts.
