Trainer Introduction

Certifications: Cooper Fitness (Basic Cert, Biomechanics Cert) PT1 & PT2 Advanced Biomechanics, RTS, Muscle Activation Techniques Isometric – Lower body/Upper Body Muscle Activation Techniques

Hobbies: Working out, hanging out with family, watching movies

Training Philosophy: Training, working out and nutrition should be a lifestyle, not a band aid fix or a 4 week solution. I specifically focus on proper bio mechanical form so the client can move better throughout the day and thus feel better. Form = Function. The most important concept is biomechanics; without the proper movement you’ll move the wrong muscles and will compensate which could lead to injury.

Why do you train: Right out of high school, I went into the military and fitness was always ingrained in me. It was an important part of my life. I began to see why working out correctly was so important.

How do you do it: I encourage the combination of weight lifting and cardiovascular along with proper eating and sleeping habits.
