Hobbies: Road racing, studying paleontology/archeology

Training Philosophy: I train with a long term, steady approach with an emphasis on safety and a healthy lifestyle. I try to make fitness fun by encouraging my clients to find activities that they enjoy. I believe our health centers around balance and moderation. My clients can expect to utilize all modes of training with a large emphasis on core.

Why do you train: Healthy living and fitness has been a passion of mine since I was 12 years old. Being in shape has benefited me greatly over the years. I want to help others achieve that same sense of satisfaction.
