Hobbies: yoga, listening to live music, traveling, reading, playing with my 3 year old and my dogs

Training Philosophy: With yoga, it shouldn’t hurt or be painful. It should teach you acceptance and growth starting on your mat and then should transcend into your life off the mat.

Why do you train: I believe that yoga shows up in your life when you need it to. It showed up for me when huge life changes occurred and I needed peace of mind. Yoga teaches you to do the next right thing and then the next, one breath at a time. In a world of always needing to react, yoga teaches you to pause. I practice every single day.
