Training Philosophy: I believe in training by integrating balance into the workout regimen. Our goal is to have the body aligned with the mind. We address the roadblocks that keep clients from achieving their goals. I have a Masters (MAPC) in professional counseling, so I incorporate counseling into my fitness. My specialty is working with those who have chronic physical pain.
Why do you train: I love helping people. I love being around people; it doesn’t ever feel like I”m working. Seeing the transformation of my clients is an awesome experience.
How do you train: I integrate therapeutic components of counseling during the training. I also incorporate yoga and pilates into my sessions.
