Training philosophy: I listen to my client’s needs first then design a program to optimize results. I challenge them based on their unique abilities. Training should be fun and rewarding not intimidating. You are going to sweat! Get ready to show off your new physique at the beach!
Why do you train: I train to help others become their best. I live fitness and I love it. Fitness has always been a part of my life. I feel compelled to help others with my passion for biomechanics and physiology. It’s time to make your body great again!
What do you do: I specialize in body fat reduction, correction of postural deviations, weight loss, injury prevention, postnatal strength training and balance/flexibility.
How do you train: I use corrective exercises to strengthen the client’s weak links (knees, back, shoulders) and performance exercises to give clients the winning edge (golf, tennis, skiing).
