Training Philosophy: My role in improving my clients’ quality of life is that of an educator and motivator. I design personalized fitness programs. I stress that progression, modification, and options are a must and encourage my clients to listen to their bodies and make the best choices for themselves. My clientele is very broad based. I have worked with beginners with very little background in fitness to athletes training for specific athletic events. I have also worked with people that suffer from Parkinson’s disease. I enjoy working with all fitness levels.

Why do you train: I love what I do: helping my clients get a goal in place and executing the plan to achieve their goals.
